Did you know that your emotions can be a roadmap toward a more vibrant and fulfilled life? In our counselling sessions, I help you learn how to recognize, fully feel and interpret your emotions in a safe space, and use them as a guide on your path.

Even if you’re dealing with so-called negative emotions and patterns like:

All emotions are meant to be experienced and then allowed to pass. I work with my clients to help them map out the beautiful, intricate paths of emotions and show them how they can be used as signals to move toward building a meaningful life, every day.

Your mental health is the key to a balanced life. I work with people who are experiencing life changes, major transitions or dealing with trauma (past or present). Whatever you’re going through, you don’t have to do it alone. I offer one on one counselling sessions on a bi-weekly, weekly, monthly or emergency basis. I develop a personalized therapy plan for each client, based on your unique circumstances.
